Town Hall 8 All Resource Protecting Farming Base with 4 Mortars and Air Sweeper 2015

At high level Town Hall the most important resource is Dark Elixir and there are tons of base design guide
on the intenet about how to protect the precious Dark Elixir. But at early and mid level Town Hall 8, many
players still need Gold and Elixir to upgrade Walls, Barracks, Spell Factory and other basic structures. So
today i'm gonna introduce the newest Town Hall 8 farming base that not only protects the Dark Elixir but also Gold and Elixr.

If you've maxed out all neccesary buildings and even the Dark Elixir isn't the primary protection subject,
you may want to check out some very effective Town Hall 8 War Base that guard your village against
Dragons and Hog Riders.

Here is it. We'll take closer look at it and analyze why defenses are where they are.

The Core of Town Hall 8 Farming Base:

- Centralized Clan Castle: your enemy would have a hard time trying to drag out your CC troops

- Barbarian King: he would always be around his alter, that would gurantee the safety of Dark Elixir too. 


The second layer of Town Hall 8 Farming Base:



- triangulated Air Defenses, Wizard Towers
- Squared Mortars
- Air Sweeper cover Dark Elixir Storage, 2 ADs, and the Barb King
- 3 Gold Storages and 3 Elixir Storages are within range of Wizard Towers. Senior players would know that
Wizard Towers are great at protecting resources.


The final Layer of Town Hall 8 Farming Base

- Point damage defenses(Archer Towers, Cannons) guard the base from 5 directions
- Traps and Hidden Teslas filling the gaps inside Walls


Outside buildings:

- As most bases, Barracks, Army Camps, Lab, Spell Factory etc surrounding the Walls to take the first wave
of damage and allowing Mortars to deal damage at invading troops.


Many Town Hall 8 farming bases have similar design idea so this one is actually quite typical. But what I like it most is that this layout takes care of all Storages and all defenses are reasonably placed to fully defend the village in all possible directions. And that's easier said than done.
